My name is Ryan Posey and I am an aspiring graphic and web designer.  I am currently 23 and live in the small town of Gastonia, NC.  I took the traditional arts such as drawing and painting all through high school, but didn't find my way onto the computer until my freshmen year of college.  I found using programs such as Adobe Photshop and Jasc Paint Shop Pro to be much more appealing and then the regular pencil and paper. 

All of my skills I have learned on my own over the years though experimenting and researching online.  My style is more simple and to the point rather then flashy.  I like to keep things "clean" and not cluttered with too many distractions.  I think the saying "less is more" is very true and stand by it with my designs.

     Other then web design I also enjoy doing digital art using Photoshop.  Most of my pieces are abstract and to my liking.  I use a lot of brush work to get my thoughts out.  I also am a computer dork at heart and enjoy high-end electronics in general.  I'm a decent bowler and a half-decent guitar player.
